　　醋的主要成份是醋酸，還含有少量的氨基酸、有機酸、糖類、維生素B1、B2等。在溫熱的洗發水中，加少許醋，洗頭后會感覺格外涼爽、舒適，頭發會柔順挺多，還有能減少頭皮屑。

　　怎樣用醋洗頭?用醋洗發時，可先用洗發水洗一遍頭發，然后再用醋和溫水兌過的溫水漂洗一下頭發，大約10～20分鐘后，再用清水沖洗，醋和溫水稀釋的比例大約為1∶10。但要注意的是，醋的材料最好使用酸性比較小的，比如蘋果醋或米醋，陳醋刺激性過強，應慎用。同時，漂洗時一定要讓頭發均勻地浸透，這樣洗出來的頭發光澤度也才均衡。

　　抑制頭屑：有些女孩子頭皮屑多，各種去屑洗發液都不管用。可在每晚睡覺前，用1∶1的食醋和清水在頭皮屑生長處涂濕，輕輕揉搓發根部，10分鐘以后，用清水洗凈。這樣做可以抑制頭皮屑過多生成，并可以最終根治。用加入食醋的溫水洗發也有效果。

　　黑發亮發：有些女孩子頭發枯干沒有光澤，用了滋潤洗發液也不見效，這種情況應該怎樣用醋洗頭呢?可在每次以中性洗發液洗發后，再用對入少量食醋的溫水漂洗頭發，20分鐘后用清水沖洗。慢慢地，頭發會變得柔軟光澤、烏黑亮麗。
